Review And Synopsis Movie Gods of Egypt ( 2016 ) Trailer Plot Story And Summary Complete Review And Synopsis Movie Gods of Egypt ( 2016 ) Trailer Plot Story And Summary Complete
Gods of Egypt can be made into video games. As a former gamer (although not segandrung it), I can confirm this. The characters, the universe and mitologinya relatively fit with a template such game Darksiders or God of War. Well, the experience of watching the movie more or less the same as watching the game. Yes, you can't go wrong reading. I said "witness" instead of "play".
Half the reason is due to the use of CGI effects. Seriously, find one scene without computer effects in this movie are probably just as difficult with a lick of it on your own. The effect of his luxury look but most impressed. The more getting false finish makes it seem, especially when the scenes peaks where beruntuhan buildings, explosions here and there while the camera switches perspective quickly. However, how the Director Alex Proyas build semestanya boldly without tedeng and fro-and fro is a thing that should be appreciated. Because f**k logic.
Arguably there is no essential plot here. The film begins with a description of the set-up and a little bit of character Exposition. And then continues with one action scene to action the other, where before the confrontation peak with the main antagonist, the character must complete various tasks.
His set-up is the era of ancient Egypt, where gods and men lived side by side. Physically, these gods look exactly with humans, except for their body size larger, colored gold, blood and muscle shaped which makes me wonder if the gods also nge-gym. The trick is hard enough to mempelihatkan direct interaction between the large-sized with a normal human. SE-absurd it sounds, the gods also had the ability to transform into a mecha sparkling creatures will remind you of the Saint Seiya.
The story starts with the handover ceremony to the throne of Osiris in Egypt by his son Horus (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) in the presence of all the people who I'm sure is more than 3/4 of his creations is a CGI. The ceremony is interrupted by the arrival of the brother of Osiris, Seth (Gerard Butler) who returned from exile and intend to usurp the Crown from the hands of Horus. He killed Osiris and Horus made a blind.
Under the control of the Set, the people made a slave. Among them, there are Zaya (Courtney Eaton) who asked for the help of his girlfriend, Defender (Brenton Thwaites) to steal the eyes of Horus are kept in secret places, allowing the film to present a brief sequence a la Indiana Jones complete with trap is not terduganya. Dear Zaya should lose it, while one eye again in the hands of these sets and delivering the plot on a standard action-fantasy plot in which the two main characters: us Defender and Horus must unite over their differences.
Proyas obviously have a strong vision. I'll bet the world that dibayangkannya nothing more inferior than the Dark City or The Crow — his old works. The design of ancient Egypt-yet-modern look awesome, especially when highlight details of the city. Proyas imagination is limitless. Just look at the scene outside the Earth's orbit that involves a kind of Ark who inhabited Ra (Geoffrey Rush), the deity of light — to hell with heliosentris theory — or the depiction of the world after death featuring Anubis. The most memorable action sequences was when Horus and Defender who is pursued by two male hulking Cobra ... who can spout the fire ... and ridden by female psychopath.
I don't want to debate the issue of players who most is white even though the film itself conditioned setting in Egypt — Proyas and Lionsgate and even feel the need to apologize to the public. This is not a documentary. Because that makes it is Hollywood, it's up to them if they want to wear any Hollywood actor. In fact, I think the production process will be more complicated if using local actors.
The acting of the players is not bad-very bad. Coster-Waldau played like a typical main heroes, while Thwaites had two tasks: (a) be the sweetener of the screen (with Eaton) — both are too cute to participate in a film like this, and (b) being a talkative sidekick. All the actors seem to know they are playing in films such as what. Chadwick Boseman is seen enjoying the role ridiculous as Thoth, God of knowledge must guess the riddle of the Sphinx. The script from Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless are senseless contains with the ludicrous dialogue funny, whether intentional or not. The conflict was never so heavily, because God is able to do anything. Who can protest?
Since the end of the year 2015 and then, we made curious by the new film titled Gods of Egypt. A fantasy film where all the gods Egypt is depicted as a giant figure who is able to change form into a figure of ber-Armor that is very cool. For the story itself inspired from the history of the gods of Egypt, in which Ra the Sun God had two sons namely Osiris and Seth. From his trailer already tell the story primarily its own Set (played by Gerard Buttler) wanted to seize his brother's own Kingdom of Osiris. He killed Osiris and then challenged Horus (played by Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) is the successor of King Osiris. But Horus defeated and his eyes dicongkel. Then appears a man named Bek (played by Brenton Thwaites) want to help Horus avenge own blood, by taking one of the eye of Horus. The adventures of Horus and the Defender began in Gods of Egypt.
Though the Gods of Egypt raised the Royal and ancient Egypt mistologi. However you bisamelihat technologies of the gods of Egypt are more sophisticated than this era. For example, the God Ra (portrayed by Geofrey Rush) is described as the God who rides a giant modern ships in space every day fighting drove out of Chaos (the devil) who would swallow the Earth. The concept is not cool?
The concept of the adventure Gods of Egypt look cool. But after I see the end result, the film has a lot of drawbacks. Fatal enough is enough actors acting. Brenton Thwaites who plays the main character, Defender, managed quite well in doing action ala thief from Egypt as well. But her acting badly, almost all scenes should arouse the emotions of the audience, could thus lost because of her flat. It also looks at some of the other actors. Luckily the other Gods of Egypt actor like Coster-Waldau yange portrays Horus, more better than the other. And of course the Gerard Buttler which was already in use of the zone as a King or Warrior in the classic film before, pretty good playing villains in this movie Set.
